Meet Jessica
Jessica Menhennett, our Pre-litigation Case Manager, has been in this business for approximately 13 years. Her journey started at age 20 when she was hired by a law firm. She has always had a deep respect for the work and has maintained a level of commitment and devotion throughout her career, which drives her desire to assist individuals who are dealing with issues resulting from injuries, vehicle/property damage or loss, and reduced quality of life.
When assisting her clients, Jessica commits to being there to guide them during some of the most difficult times of their lives and acts as an advocate on behalf of her clients when interacting with insurance adjusters, medical professionals, and all other parties that may be involved. She feels that each of her clients and their respective claims are unique; therefore, she takes pride in understanding what makes each client special and tailoring her assistance based upon how much individualized support her clients need (appointment reminders, updates, etc.), or even if it is simply providing a listening ear.
Over time, she has developed a strong interest in automobile injury claims (regardless of size), as well as dog bite/attack claims. One such claim involved a 3-year-old child, which had a long-lasting effect on her. This reflects her broader commitment and compassion for every individual client, versus simply another claim.
Although she does not hold any formal certifications, she values honesty and integrity in her conversations with both clients and team members. She states that the first paralegal she worked with influenced her the most professionally. He provided guidance through his warm personality and encouraged her to grow intellectually by developing her own ideas and using critical thinking skills.
In her free time, Jessica’s favorite thing to do is cook for her family and close friends, particularly her husband and their 2-year-old son. She also enjoys completing puzzles and going to movies. These activities remind her of happy memories of watching movies with her deceased father; she could almost recite a quote from virtually any movie at a given moment.
Jessica’s wealth of knowledge and experience, along with her people-centered problem-solving, makes her a valuable contributor to our team. We believe that she has made a positive impact on the lives of both our clients and our employees by providing them with lasting support and assistance.
