Bio
Kay brings a unique combination of medical knowledge and legal support to her role at ELG Injury Lawyers. A registered nurse by training, Kay found her path into personal injury law during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, she has become a critical member of the team, known for her meticulous attention to detail and deep empathy for clients navigating the aftermath of serious injuries.
In her role as Medical Records Specialist, Kay ensures that each case is backed by comprehensive and well-organized medical documentation. Her clinical background allows her to interpret complex records and timelines, making it easier for attorneys to build strong, evidence-based claims.
Kay is passionate about helping people through difficult moments—not just physically, but emotionally and financially. Whether it’s a car crash, dog bite, or any other personal injury case, she’s committed to supporting the legal process with compassion and precision.
Outside of work, Kay enjoys camping with her family and unwinding with a game of Stardew Valley on her Nintendo Switch. She credits a close friend as a major inspiration—someone whose dedication and drive helped shape her own career path.
Kay is driven by a vision of a more client-friendly legal system—one where injured individuals are supported not only through legal advocacy, but also with tools and resources that ease the stress of the claims process.
