ELG represents the charitable initiatives of the ELG to support and positively impact our local communities. As both residents and business owners in the South Florida community, the Eltringham Law Group recognizes and accepts the social responsibility to give back and support others in need.
Employers Think Pink
We are proud to support the Employers Think Pink initiative, originally started by Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. in honor of case manager Annette B., who was diagnosed with breast cancer. Thanks to early detection, Annette’s life was saved, and since then, the firm has taken meaningful steps to promote health and wellness. As part of our commitment to our team, we are pleased to offer paid time off for employees to attend their annual mammograms, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to prioritize their health.
Why is Breast Cancer Awareness Important?
Change starts with awareness. The more people who understand the risks of breast cancer, the more we can unite to push for solutions. Raising awareness helps drive funding for research into better treatments and, ultimately, a cure. Together, we can make a real difference and save lives through breast cancer advocacy.
By sharing the importance of breast cancer awareness, you might remind someone to schedule their annual mammogram. Early detection is the most effective way to treat breast cancer before it spreads.

ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARDS
Dave and the ELG team have proudly volunteered for multiple years.
The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards
For the past 2 years, Dave has volunteered his time as a staff member of Rotary District 6930’s annual 4 day RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) Camp held in remote Umatilla, Florida. This amazing leadership development program is administered by local Rotary club scholarship for approximately 100 high school students from all over Florida. Participants are identified and recommended by their teachers and principals as having leadership potential and the ability to make a difference in their local communities if only given the chance with some coaching, mentoring and guidance.Dave’s main role at RYLA is leading a special program that helps the RYLA students quickly overcome their natural fear of public speaking and become effective and confident communicators unafraid of speaking and performing in front of a large audience. To do this, Dave teaches them the basic skills learned in his many years of public speaking as an attorney advocate, community leader, and former member of Toastmasters International. RYLA culminates with a public speaking competition on the last night of camp between Dave’s students who are divided into several teams vying to win the RYLA public speaking championship.
Throughout the RYLA camp, Dave also regularly participates with the young students in various other programs that focused on:
- character-building
- leadership
- effective communication
- trust
- and cooperation.
