Bio
Claire Florcy Aniñon brings both legal training and client-centered care to her role as Property Damage & Closing Specialist at ELG Injury Lawyers. With a Juris Doctor degree and a background in Political Science, Claire has worked across multiple states – including Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Texas – supporting both personal injury and family law practices.
At ELG, Claire plays a critical role in helping clients navigate the aftermath of property damage following an accident. From coordinating vehicle repairs and inspections to supporting clients during the closing phase of their case, she ensures that every detail is handled with empathy and precision. Her legal background enhances her ability to evaluate documentation, clarify liability, and communicate clearly with clients and insurance adjusters alike.
Claire finds the greatest reward in seeing a case through to settlement, knowing the client is finally receiving the compensation they deserve. She’s particularly passionate about motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-fall cases, where her thoughtful and thorough approach can make a significant difference in the outcome.
She is also HIPAA-certified and deeply committed to client confidentiality, accuracy, and respectful service. Clients appreciate her warm demeanor and the care she takes to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and advocate behind the scenes.
Outside the office, Claire enjoys reading, adventuring, and traveling with her husband as they begin their journey to explore the world together. She credits her mother as the most influential figure in her life, someone who has supported every step of her legal and professional journey.
