Meet Ailing

With more than nine years of international legal experience, Ailing M. brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work in personal injury law across Oregon and Florida. She holds a Juris Doctor from Honduras and an LL.M. in Law and Technology from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, one of the world’s leading schools for international law and legal innovation.

Ailing transitioned into personal injury work during the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving commercial law to focus on helping people directly. She quickly found her calling in guiding injured clients through one of the most difficult times in their lives. Whether in Oregon or Florida, her goal remains the same: to provide clear communication, patience, and unwavering support so clients always feel seen, heard, and informed.

She has managed a wide range of cases, including slip-and-falls, pedestrian accidents, and motorcycle collisions. One of her proudest moments came when she helped secure a $1 million policy settlement for a young motorcycle accident victim, working urgently with his family while he was still intubated in the hospital. That experience reinforced her belief that attention to detail and swift action can change lives.

Ailing is admitted to the bar in Honduras, with U.S. credential equivalency verified by World Education Services (WES) in 2022. She now applies her skills and experience to serve clients throughout Oregon and Florida, always prioritizing teamwork, reliability, and strong communication.

Outside of work, Ailing enjoys traveling, discovering hidden food spots, hiking, and reading biographies and psychology books. She credits her mentor, Kris B., with shaping her professional path and teaching her how to combine technical skill with thoughtful client care.

If she could change one thing about the personal injury process, it would be the way health insurance subrogation is handled. She believes clients in Oregon, Florida, and beyond deserve fair settlements without additional financial roadblocks standing in the way of their recovery.
