Meet Kristi

With over 11 years of experience in personal injury law, Kristi brings deep knowledge and genuine care to every case she manages. A graduate of the University of New Mexico, where she studied Political Science and Economics with a pre-law concentration, Kristi has independently managed pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement, handling everything from routine motor vehicle accidents to catastrophic injuries, including motorcycle collisions, trucking accidents, and wrongful death claims.

What drives Kristi is the opportunity to be a steady, reliable presence for clients during one of the most difficult times of their lives. She believes communication and trust are the foundation of every client relationship, and she makes it a priority to listen, keep clients informed, and set realistic expectations at every stage. While motor vehicle accidents have always been her primary focus, she has developed extensive experience representing motorcyclists and enjoys the unique challenges those cases present.

One of Kristi’s proudest moments came after helping a mother whose son was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident. Beyond the legal case itself, she helped the client establish a nonprofit foundation in her son’s memory to support volunteer firefighters — a powerful reminder that her role often extends well beyond the case file.

Kristi believes strong teams are built on trust, communication, and accountability, values she brings to every interaction with clients and colleagues alike. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two teenage sons, cheering them on at their sports and activities, golfing, and swimming. If she could change one thing about the personal injury system, it would be insurance policy limits — she believes compensation should better reflect the true impact an injury has on a person’s life.
