Meet Liezel

Liezel graduated with high honors, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology — a background that gives her a natural understanding of people navigating difficult and emotional situations. During college, she gained hands-on experience assisting a virtual legal assistant, an opportunity that sparked her passion for legal work and inspired her to build her own career in legal assistance, with a focus on personal injury.

What Liezel finds most rewarding is knowing that by the end of a case, she’s helped a client heal and regain hope after an accident changed their life. She’s especially passionate about motor vehicle accident cases and takes client confidentiality seriously, ensuring every case is handled with discretion and care. In one case she’s particularly proud of, an insurance company initially denied liability — but Liezel tracked down CCTV footage that clearly proved the client wasn’t at fault, leading the insurer to reverse its decision and pay the settlement the client deserved.

Liezel believes clear communication, teamwork, respect, and tolerance are the foundation of any successful team. She credits her mentor — the friend who first introduced her to personal injury law and who went on to become an in-house legal professional in the U.S. — as her biggest career inspiration. If she could change one thing about the personal injury system, it would be making the process faster, easier, and less overwhelming for clients.

Outside of work, Liezel loves to travel, with a goal of visiting as many beautiful beaches, waterfalls, and natural wonders as she can.
