Ysbelle brings several years of hands-on personal injury experience to ELG, specializing in medical and billing records retrieval — the behind-the-scenes work that forms the backbone of every strong case. A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, she built her foundation in communication, organization, and customer service before discovering her passion for legal work, where she coordinates with healthcare providers, tracks documentation, and ensures every record is accurate and complete for case preparation.

What drives Ysbelle is knowing that her work makes a real difference for clients going through some of the most stressful times of their lives. She’s seen firsthand how complete, accurate documentation strengthens a case, and she treats every file with care — because she knows there’s a real person behind it counting on the team. Automobile accident cases are where she feels most at home, having spent years mastering the records process that supports those claims.

Ysbelle believes communication, reliability, and attention to detail are the keys to a successful team, and she takes pride in being someone her colleagues can depend on, especially in busy, high-pressure moments. If she could change one thing about the personal injury system, it would be making the process faster and smoother for clients, with better communication between everyone involved.

Outside the office, Ysbelle is a devoted cat lover — she has eight cats at home that keep life lively! She also maintains her own personal library and loves reading, traveling on weekends and holidays, playing online games, and spending time with friends, whether that’s a movie marathon or a good old-fashioned slumber party.
